The new sewerage pipeline work in the A-Type area was officially initiated on 13 January 2013 with a traditional coconut-breaking Shubharambh ceremony.
This project focuses on replacing the old sewer line with a stronger, more efficient system to ensure smoother wastewater flow, reduce blockages and improve sanitation for residents. The upgraded line will provide long-term relief from drainage issues, especially during monsoon season.
Residents and local volunteers attended the Shubharambh ceremony, marking the beginning of an essential upgrade aimed at strengthening basic civic infrastructure and improving daily convenience in the locality.
